For a good many employees, flexibility is the decisive factor: They seek the advantages afforded by flexible work schedule management, a favourable social environment, and—particularly for women—a balance between work and family. Not to mention the fact that an employee’s personal values have to be in tune with those of the company they work for if any collaboration is to last.
