Why We Developed the Interjob System

Today, the Internet is the preferred tool of jobseekers and the one most used by companies to land the best candidates.

Having worked for many years in the information and communications technology industry, we’ve had the chance to test the various recruitment systems now offered on the market.

Here’s what we learned:

Job boards:

  • User costs are high.
  • Most applications don’t suit your initial offer.
  • Because the systems are free for jobseekers, you’ll receive stacks of resumes from candidates who aren’t necessarily serious about the job search process.
  • The filtering process for applications is long and complicated.
  • Many staff recruitment agencies and head hunters use them.

Social networks:

  • Much time and energy must be spent on them.
  • They’re effective only for those with a well-established contact network.
  • And again, many staff recruitment agencies and head hunters use them.

The careers section in company Websites:

  • Websites don’t always reflect the company’s quality and image.
  • Section content is often out of date.
  • The section’s main visitors are people who already know about the company.

Faced with these shortcomings, we devised a recruitment solution that would allow companies to receive the relevant applications rapidly and efficiently, from candidates who take their job search seriously.

And that’s why, today, we’re proud to launch the first version of Interjob.
